Hello! My name is Charlotte and welcome to the home of my art. I hope that you enjoy looking through the selection of my work shown here!

I am a UK based Surface Pattern designer and artist. I love drawing, painting, creative problem solving and sitting down with a book and a lovely piece of cake! I take inspiration from stories, myths and the world around me. From adventures big and small, the depths of the ocean, cool, dark forests and everyday life. I love bringing story telling to both my digital and traditional work. And endeavour to bring each project to life with passion and lots of colour!

I have been working in creative fields for the last 10 years first as a Prop and model maker and more recently as an illustrator and surface pattern designer.

I have fallen utterly in love with creating patterns and illustrations for children (and big kids too) that can be bought to life on products and fabrics. I love how much freedom the process of pattern making gives me. Through it I can explore so many different subjects and there is always room for fun and whimsy! Plus creating artwork that can be part of everyday life, and help someone to express themselves, is wonderful.
